With 18 years of experience in compliance and regulatory environments, Kristell has led diverse teams for over a decade, specialising in crucial areas of business and operations such as learning and development, staff capability and performance, recruitment, and employee onboarding.
Drawing from her extensive experience, Kristell has developed Professionally SHE with one core focus: to equip growing business owners with the tools, insights, and strategies needed to hire and build out effective teams while also supporting individuals to navigate their career journey.
Through hands-on skill-building workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions, Kristell equips business owners to confidently navigate the complexities of recruitment and employee onboarding, setting both themselves and their new hires up for success.
In addition to supporting business owners, Kristell specialises in Employment Capability for NDIS participants. She provides engaged, personalised mentoring to help NDIS participants strengthen their employment skills, ensuring they are well-prepared to confidently enter the workforce.

Start Strong, Finish Stronger (SSFS) is our signature tailored program designed to support women re-entering the workforce after experiencing employment sabotage as a result of domestic violence.
What sets us apart? SSFS is built from Kristell's lived and technical experience, offering a humanised approach. Drawing on her extensive work with vulnerable audiences, Kristell has carefully structured SSFS to break down the hiring process into clear, manageable steps. Our goal is to ensure that participants regain their professional voice and transition into new roles with confidence, beyond the surface-level "tick box" approach.
Each session provides a safe learning space where everyone is considered equal and individually supported. In short, we speak your language, hear you, see you and support you finishing stronger!
We pride ourselves on providing an interactive and engaging experience which grows our client's confidence and knowledge to develop their own hiring and onboarding procedures. At Professionally SHE, every client receives a tailored 1:1 learning experience directly with Kristell, which sees each client having access to over a decade of industry experience.
You choose the program that suits you best. We offer two flexible options: a comprehensive full program covering end-to-end search, hire and employee onboarding strategies, or a customisable part-program where clients can select from three key stages in our hiring process:

Our programs are designed for individuals with varying levels of hiring experience. Whether you have no experience or some exposure, our content is created for diverse learning styles and ranges of experience.
We welcome our clients to access our program from anywhere in Australia with our remote online workshop, or for our clients located on the NSW Central Coast, we invite the choice of onsite or remote facilitation.
